– Some of our tours have a full refund up to 24 hours before and some of our tours have a non-refundable policy.

– You cannot get a refund for bookings past the cancellation date.
– Cancellations made before the cancellation date will be refunded to you with the payment method you made.
– You can only make changes through our call center for the reservations that have been changed.
– By purchasing this service, you agree to the terms of cancellation and modification of the vehicle you have chosen.
